We are seeking a professional, warm, and highly organised Visitor Relations and Admissions Officer to serve as the primary "face" of our Senior School campus. This pivotal role is responsible for delivering a premium standard of hospitality and a seamless arrival experience for all visitors, including parents, VIPs and dignitaries. The ability to speak Arabic is preferred.
The successful candidate will be a key driver of the admissions process, working to proactively convert inquiries into physical campus visits and managing the transition from visitor to applicant.

Location: Saar & New Senior School Campus
Contract Type: Local hire, non term-time only position.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Proven experience in a front-of-house, guest relations, hospitality, admissions, or client-facing role within a premium environment (education, hospitality, corporate, or luxury services).
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build instant rapport with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence working independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams.
- Experience working in an international school of multicultural environment.
