Streatham & Clapham High School are seeking a skilled recorder player with first-rate teaching and communication skills to join our team of self-employed Visiting Music Teachers as soon as possible.
In this post, you will play a crucial role in developing the talents of our young recorder players, working alongside the Music department. We envisage being able to offer around four hours’ worth of teaching in the first instance, split across our Senior and Prep schools. An additional opportunity to supplement the teaching timetable by running a co-curricular ensemble at the Senior school may also be available for the right candidate.
Our recorder students often achieve highly in graded examinations, and a number go on to use the instrument as their performance focus at GCSE and A-level.For further details and to apply please click the apply button.
