School Secretary and Receptionist
St Georgeʼs British International School is seeking an organised, personable, and proactive School Secretary and Receptionist to join our welcoming administrative team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reception and greeting visitors (parents, teachers, students, suppliers, etc)
- Co-ordinating and sorting of incoming calls and correspondence (paper and / or e-mail)
- Drafting and revision of documents, data, translations, organization of the school calendar and / or the calendar of individual colleagues (appointments and activities)
- Organisation of staff transfers
- Realisation of reports and / or presentations
- Secretarial and back office
- Supporting internal departments for the daily needs of the School
- External errands relating to School business
- Any other connected, necessary and / or preparatory activity in the administrative and organisational field based on the instructions of the Principal and / or his delegates (in particular DFO and HR manager) in the preparation of administrative documents within an organisational context

Conditional Offer of Appointment
Any offer to a successful candidate will be conditional upon the following:
Verification of identity, qualifications and professional status
A safeguarding check
Receipt of at least three satisfactory references (one of which should be from your current or most recent Principal, Head of School or line manager)
Verification of medical fitness (completion of a medical declaration)
Social media screening
Non-EU applicants will be required to produce their university transcript with courses taken and final grade of their first Degree.
