Minibus Drivers (Term time)
Zero Hours - Flexible shifts - £18 per hour
Required as soon as possible
Various shift patterns are available between Monday to Friday and occasional weekend work.
We are looking for reliable and friendly staff to join our Estates Team as Minibus Drivers, providing transport to and from school sporting fixtures and school trips. The work would be on a part-time, bank contract basis. You will require a full and valid driving licence and at least 2 years driving experience. It would be useful if you have already obtained a D1 category licence, and have previous experience of driving a minibus, however full MIDAS training will be provided.
During the initial period, time will be dedicated to training to obtain a D1 category licence, health & safety and safeguarding training, and familiarisation with the minibuses. This can be arranged on a flexible basis to suit your availability. Term time is 34 weeks per year – flexible shifts are available. When applying, please indicate your availability for shifts in terms of hours in the day, and days per week so that shifts and routes can be scheduled accordingly.
If you would like to have an informal discussion about the role or working hours please contact the HR Department.
Closing date for applications: Friday 6 November
