This role offers an exciting opportunity for a graduate seeking to gain first-hand, practical experience of education through active participation in boarding life . The successful candidate will be expected to assist in the smooth running of a boarding house, help with co-curricular activities, and contribute to our thriving sports and games programme.

Terms of Appointment:

This is a fixed-term, "live-in" position starting in January 2026 and concluding on 31st August 2026. It is a full-time, term-time only role, including weekends, with additional contracted overtime required for Exeat weekends. Working hours are 48 hours per week. Accommodation costs and all meals are provided.

The role requires availability on the day before each term begins and one day after each term ends.  You will receive one full day off during the week, as well as one evening off from boarding duties each week.

Salary: £20,800 pro rata per annum
