A vacancy has arisen for a Full-Time Music Coordinator to commence employment on 1 September 2026.
The Music Coordinator plays a key strategic and operational role within the Music Department, leading and managing core administrative, communications, and logistical functions to ensure the smooth and innovative coordination of instrumental teaching, events, projects, and publicity. The ideal candidate will have outstanding organisational and project management skills, exceptional written, visual, and interpersonal communication abilities and a high proficiency with digital tools including Google Suite, Excel, SOCS, Canva (or equivalent). The candidate will ideally have their own sponsorship.
The stated working hours are Monday to Thursday 7.15am until 3pm and Friday 7.15am until 11.30am, however, there will be evenings and weekend requirements, due to concerts and performances, as befits the nature of the Music Department. This is an expectation of this role.
