Help students find their confidence, build essential skills and unlock their potential as part of our dedicated Learning Support team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Learning Support Assistant to support students with SEND, with a particular focus on literacy.

Working both in the classroom and through tailored 1:1 and small-group interventions, you will help students develop key skills including, but not limited to, reading, writing, numeracy and study skills while encouraging greater independence and confidence. You will track progress, contribute to provision planning and act as a key worker, building positive relationships with colleagues and parents to help each student thrive.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be organised and adaptable, and be committed to helping young people succeed. Experience in education or SEND is desirable, along with confidence using ICT.

This is an opportunity to join a supportive team and make a real difference to students’ learning and wellbeing.

Closing date: Monday 2nd November 2026, 9am
