JUNIOR SCHOOL TEACHER OF FRENCH & ENGLISH
(fixed-term)
Required from April 2026
We are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher of French and English to years 5-8 who will also act as a form teacher in the junior school. This is a fixed term contract for one term from April 2026, however we are open to receiving applications from candidates who are only available for the first half of the summer term.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an able and motivated teacher who will be able to complement the existing pattern of responsibilities and teaching provision.
Qualified teachers, recent graduates, individuals considering a change in career and those returning from a career break are all strongly encouraged to apply.
The post will suit someone who has:
Excellent subject knowledge of, and a genuine interest in English and French teaching
An eagerness to inspire and support all pupils to flourish and reach their academic potential
Strong pastoral instincts and a commitment to excellent pastoral care and safeguarding for all pupils
Excellent communication skills
An ability to work well with others
