Wycliffe College are seeking a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Groundsperson to join our Estates Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and presentation of the College grounds and outdoor facilities, ensuring they remain safe, attractive and fit for purpose throughout the year.
The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of horticulture, landscaping techniques and sports surface maintenance, together with a conscientious and diligent approach to work. Qualifications or training in horticulture, landscaping or grounds maintenance, experience of working on a multi-sport site or within a school environment, and knowledge of machinery maintenance would be advantageous.

Terms of Appointment:
This is a permanent, full-time support staff position, working all year round. The role is 39 hours per week, working 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am - 4:00pm on Fridays. An unpaid one hour lunch break is taken each day.
Salary: £25,776 per annum
