Wycliffe College is seeking to appoint a Finance Assistant to join its busy Finance Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to play a key role in the College's day-to-day financial operations while developing a broad range of finance skills.

The successful candidate will gain valuable experience across management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and other core finance functions, making this an ideal role for someone looking to build a long-term career in finance. The College is committed to supporting professional development, including study support. 

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion. They will be a proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel), and a positive, professional approach, together with a commitment to continuous professional development.

Terms of Appointment:

This is a permanent position offered on a full-time basis. The normal working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week), with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. There is flexibility around the working pattern to suit the successful candidate and the needs of the College. A study support package is available.

Salary: £24,785 - £26,785 per annum, depending upon skills and experience
