The British School Al Khubairat is looking to employ a Secondary EAL Lead Teacher. This is a full time role and will commence 1st September 2026.

The candidate will require a Bachelor of Education or other first degree with Inclusion and/or English as Additional Language components plus a PGCE. Training and/or substantial experience in English as an Additional Language is essential.

We are looking for a strong candidate who is appropriately qualified and highly experienced in teaching EAL to a range of age groups and ability levels. As a department we are always striving to develop and improve the support we provide. We are therefore looking for a dynamic individual who can push the department on by collaborating with teachers and parents to provide high quality intervention to our EAL students. You will be joining a caring and welcoming team who genuinely want the best for students they support and also their colleagues around them.
