Bromley High School is a consistently oversubscribed academically selective girls’ school with over 900 pupils from 4-18 and is a member of the Girls’ Day School Trust (GDST).
We require a full time, term time only Data Manager to start as soon as possible, to take responsibility for the effective running of data within the school. This is a fast paced and highly demanding role.
The post is for 36 hours per week, working 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday, with a 45-minute lunch break. This is a term time only role, but in addition to this you will be required to work 10 closure days during the school holidays, as agreed with your Line Manager. These days are to include the relevant days of the public exam results in August. The seasonal nature of examinations means that the post requires considerable flexibility with regard to working hours in the summer term and the range of administrative tasks undertaken in non–examination terms.
The role of Data Manager reports to the Deputy Head (Academic). The Data Manager works very closely with the school’s Examination Officer and will be trained to deputise for her in her absence.
