GDST Support staff Grade 3 - £27,987-£31,644 (£5,300 to £5,993 pro rata) 

We are looking for an Administrator to cover Reception from 4.15pm to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday  during term time.   The Business Support Administrator is responsible for providing general administrative support as  directed by the Business Support Manager including data entry, handling phone calls, photocopying  and document preparation, responding to emails, raising purchase orders in accordance with GDST  guidance, as well as ensuring timely communication and the sharing of information with relevant  staff. The postholder will also support the Librarian with the after school provision for pupils as  required and will be required to check relevant school buildings where pupils are known to be until  6pm. Support with after school events will also be required and through the use of the event booking  system Trybooking. 

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous office experience, preferably in a school setting.  You will have excellent communication and people skills and will be able to deal with stakeholders  with empathy. You will have sound administrative experience and an ability to manage a multitude  of tasks seamlessly.
