Wycliffe College is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Admissions and Events Co-ordinator to join its Admissions team to play a pivotal role in supporting the school's pupil recruitment strategy by delivering an exceptional experience for every prospective family.

Working closely with the Head of Admissions, the Admissions and Events Co-ordinator will manage the day-to-day admissions process from initial enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring that every interaction reflects the professionalism, warmth and ambition of Wycliffe College. Alongside admissions administration, the role will lead the planning and delivery of recruitment events, helping to showcase the school and strengthen relationships with prospective families.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills, experience of working in a customer-facing or admissions environment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.  Experience of coordinating events, using CRM systems and working with international families would be advantageous, as would knowledge of UKVI processes and previous experience working within an independent school. 

Terms of Appointment:

This is a permanent position offered on a full-time basis. Normal working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) with a one-hour unpaid lunch break, together with attendance at selected evening and weekend events throughout the year for which time off in lieu will be provided where appropriate.

Salary: £24,785 - £26,785 per annum, depending upon skills and experience
