Site Caretaker 

Weekends 08:00 to 17:00  

(Plus potential of some flexible hours during the week)  

Salary dependent on experience.  Required as soon as possible 

We are seeking to appoint a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Site Caretaker to work within our Estates Team to be responsible for the smooth and compliant running of our school’s facilities. Your presence will allow for the school to be open for longer periods at the weekend and give us more opportunity for Lets. A key part of this role will be site security, ensuring all buildings are secured in the evening.  

You will have good organisational and time management skills, along with good communication skills. Previous caretaking or site management experience is desirable. 

We may also have a requirement for weekday hours, particularly early mornings; we would discuss with shortlisted candidates at interview.
