The Head of Cricket plays a leading role in shaping an ambitious, inclusive and high-performing cricket programme that inspires students to develop confidence, resilience, discipline, leadership and teamwork through sport.
Working closely with the Director of Sport and wider PE team, the Head of Cricket provides strategic leadership for all aspects of cricket across the College, overseeing participation pathways, performance development, coaching standards, fixtures, staffing and programme growth. The role is central to delivering exceptional sporting experiences that contribute meaningfully to the College’s Character Development Activities (CDA) programme and wider school community.
The successful candidate will lead a culture of excellence and enjoyment, ensuring students of all abilities are supported, challenged and inspired to fulfil their potential both on and off the field.
