We are seeking an outstanding Head of Mathematics to lead a forward-thinking, highly skilled, and welcoming department that delivers a rich, challenging curriculum to bright, curious young mathematicians.
As Head of Mathematics, you will champion a culture of intellectual ambition and ensure mathematics remains a subject that both excites and empowers our students. Our Maths department sits at the core of our academic community, fostering curiosity, creativity, and resilience both in lessons and beyond. You will lead a dynamic, collaborative team united by a passion for showing how mathematics shapes the world.
This is a role for an inspiring, proactive leader who leads by example - promoting excellence in teaching and learning, driving innovation, and creating engaging lessons that spark a lifelong love of learning. You will have the vision to develop high-quality provision across Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A Level, ensuring every pupil thrives.
